1. Order Processing Time

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Free standard shipping may be offered for orders.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


5. International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government.

  • If your package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect address, we are not responsible for reshipping or refunding shipping fees.


6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


7. Address Changes

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
